Currently, we provide FREE Shipping to all provinces in Canada, but we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support_ca@himiwaybike.com.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

RESTOCKING FEE
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200 CAD. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Approved returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to support_ca@himiwaybike.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days.
Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
