Kindly notice that all of our products are tax-free, you will not be charged with extra tax when purchasing at our online store in Canada.
For shipping destinations in Canada, different regions have different shipping standards. Here are details:
Free shipping provinces for ebikes and accessories: BC, AB, SK, MB
Provinces that will be charged with $150 CAD for the shipping cost per ebike: YT, NT, NU, NL, QC, ON, NB, PE, NS

|Accessories Shipping Fee(CAD)
In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking numbers within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is Purolator. It may take 3-12 days for your shipment to be scanned by Purolator. For the areas which are far away from Himiway Canada warehouse, it will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information. Any delivery dates provided by Himiway are estimates.

SHIPPING CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.
2.Customer will be charged a 4% fee by canceling the order within one extension, Customer canceled orders that are postponed twice or more will not be charged any fee.
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200 CAD in Canada. Himiway will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself. More information is provided on Refund Policy - Model Replacement & Return Part.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 CAD will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200 CAD in Canada.
Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 CAD will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $200 CAD in Canada.
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered your own account on ca.himiwaybike.com. If you haven't registered one on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you in 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
Didn't receive the package?
If you have not received the bike, the tracking number will show whether the package receipt has been signed for. In this case, please contact us within 3 working days. Otherwise, we will not deal with this situation after 3 working days and customers need to contact the relevant shipping company to solve this problem.
