Have not been able to use

The bike looks good and seems well made but a defective wire on control switch has not allowed me to try the electric part. A replacement display and switch are coming. My grade for bike will fall even further if part continues to backordered. CAN NOT EVEN RETURN BIKE WITH 14 DAY PERIOD BECAUSE OF FAUTLY SWITCH.

All terrain stup through bike

I have been riding this bike for a week now and I absolutely love it. This hard tail has a great ride due to the big tires on it. Only thing I found is the seat is hard, will be changing it out. Lots of power for any trails we have. Overall it is a great bike and I would recommend it to anyone.

Solid Bike with lots of power!

I had been looking at e-bikes for quite some time now, and there are literally dozens of vendors out there flogging what looks to be the exact same bike. I finally decided on the Himiway as it checked off all the boxes. The on-line purchase went smoothly and I was kept informed of each step of the shipping process. Bike arrived right on time. I was even contacted by Purolator to ensure someone would be home during the day to provide a signature. When Purolator arrived, mine wasn't the only Himiway bike on the truck, which I thought was a good sign.
The bike was packed nicely in a heavy cardboard box, and not damaged. Unpacking was straight forward, and assembly was fairly simple. The instructions are OK, but could be better. The installation of the derailleur protector wasn't clear, and there were several screws left over from the installation kit that aren't referenced anywhere in the booklet. I can only assume they're spares, or for other optional upgrades or add-ons.
The bike itself is wonderful to ride. The seat is comfortable and easily adjustable. The motor is powerful, and easily gets this 200lb rider up to 20mph quickly! I've only had the bike a couple of weeks, but I look forward to enjoying it for years to come. I have not tested the advertised range of the bike, but that wasn't a huge factor in selecting the Himiway. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a good quality e-bike. My only 'complaint' about the bike is that they're only available in two colours: Black for the step-over, and white for the step-thru. Would be nice to have some other options.

Loving it!

In under a week, I have already put in 100kms on my bike, I love it! Few quirks here and there, like no metric option for the display, no removable option for the screen. Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Bikes

Hi I purchased two of the cruisers in April. 1 a step thru and 1 a step over. They did take a bit of time to arrive. Basically over 6 wks. Once they did arrive assembly was very easy. About 30 minutes per bike. Watch the video on youtube it explains things well. As for the bikes themselves they are pretty great considering the cost and the quality. As an FYI I have two 2022 Volt Yukon's already and these are a bit faster, as powerful, a bit lighter and cost less to purchase. My wife and I had them out for a ride and really liked them. We both thought these bikes are amazing. Not sure on the longevity of the battery at this point as we only were out for a hour. I highly recommend the cruiser at this point.

Je suis tres satisfait de mon achat. Le vélo Cruiser Step thru est exactement selon mes attentes. Par contre, j'ai du me prendre a 4 fois pour procéder a l'achat. J'ai été obligé d'appeler Visa pour faire mon achat. Depuis, J'ai essayé de faire d'autres achats sur le site et je n'ai jamais été capable. J'ai meme essayé avec Paypal. Je voulais acheter le panier avant pour mon vélo ainsi que les miroirs pour mon vélo Cruiser Step thru. J'ai rappelé Visa et il me dise que le probleme provient de votre coté.

And received them in May.17, 2024.Two months,,and I Still Haven't received my whole order, still missing the bike seats that we ordered with the bikes. so I don't believe my order is complete until is received my two extra seat yet. For costomer Service rate as 1 and for the bike.... 3. Also would like to know is when and if they are coming,,, but I got charged for them.🤔
