Terrible customer service

Bought two bikes. D7 front headlight doesnt attach properly. D3 pedal broke off crank arm. Have called and emailed server times no response. Tried to get invoice for ebike rebate several times. Last reply was "just a moment" thats it. Wouldn't buy from himiway again.

Amazing BEAST

Very impressed with the bike and the support. Very comfortable to ride, I use it to commute from my boat to the office daily (10km). The options for petal assist and full throttle give me lots of choices to reduce my commute. Looking forward to the winter and seeing how the beast operates in the snow.

J'ai recu vendredi 24 Mai mon vélo apres trois mois d'attente ,ca valait vraiment le cout, je l'ai essayer hier, c'est un monstre de puissance, meme s'il pese 88 lbs on dirait qu'il en fait 20 lbs tellement il est puissant.
Coter finition il est parfait ..aucun defaut .
J'ai mis 4 étoiles parce que il y a une erreur de préparetion sur le vélo,,en effet j'ai constater qu'il on mis le Display du Cobra au lieu de celui du Cobra D7 Upgraded ,

I have been excited to try my new cobra 🐍 bike. Omg it's awesome. Pedal assist and power are awesome I'll be out there more than ever. The downside. The rear shock has broke on my second ride in the city. The right pedal has bent but that's on me as I fell down lol. Not used to pedal assist and snow. But the only problem is that the rear shock broke, it is still functioning but it needs to be replaced. I have pictures of required.

I ordered the new D7 Cobra mid February 2024 and was waiting patiently for the shipping email but unfortunately the webpage updated saying a delay until late April. I suppose this bike is very popular and their stock did not match their orders. I contacted customer service and they promptly refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. I really wanted this bike for spring but I am now waiting another month. I am eagerly waiting to ride 😎
