This is a pretty decent tire. I got about 1000 miles out of it with mixed street and off-road use. It is time to replace it as it is almost completely slick with green plastic showing through. I began researching tires and initially came here for an OEM replacement. They are available here but $169 is way out of line unless this is for a pair. The Kenda Krusade Tire is available through Kenda for $119. This is also pretty high with a couple of minutes of research I find them widely available for $55 at various retailers on the Internet. I purchased my bike from Himiway and I would think they would take better care of their customers. This is one reason the smaller bike companies are gaining foot holds and gathering steam in a very competitive market. I think it unwise for Himiway to gouge their customers for parts replacement. This is no way to maintain customer loyalty. Just my opinion for what it’s worth

These tires are hugely overpriced and definitely not puncture resistant. I have had my Cruiser 2 months , not 300 kms yet , I am 67 years old mostly road driven, I went on a very well maintained trail for the second time and 2 kms in a small stick laying on the ground punctured my puncture resistant tire. I was very upset that something like that could happen. A Himiway technician has determined it was human cause, no warranty and I can buy a new tire and tube with a discount coupon. What a joke and an insult. These products promote off road as much as on road . I will not feel safe taking this bike off road any more. Can you imagine $169 for a new tire that is not what is advertised and the inflated cost of a new tube. Not a satisfied customer.
