Love my bike. It doesn't skip a beat. Have have it loaded up with racks, saddle bags and can carry a lot on the bike and on my trailer I have hauled a bunch. Funny, even with a lot of extra weight, I only lose about 2mph (have mine bumped up to 25mph ;) ).

Bike appears to be everything it claimed to be. Did not include rear rack as advertised and the bike maxs out at 25mph…it’s almost like the brakes are engaged at 25mph or more. Send me this review in a year and you will get the real scoop.

Went ten miles in the bush and charge indicator went down by one bar
Ran out of power on a couple hills but they were oretty steep

Not much to tell I have been waiting for my brain bucket to show up. Showed up today the little that I have ridden it seems to b ok BUT THE SEAT has to go my goodness it terrible everything else seems to work great I put handle bar extension on so iam more upright seat is almost maxed out but dam it is fun to ride. Will review this bike some more after I put more time in the saddle 😁😎

So far my cruiser has been awesome! Definitely the best bike I’ve ever owned! I’ve been going on some long trips down the back roads. Going to be doing a lot of fishing and camping with it!

Buy 2 bikes one for me one for my wife bike build strong looking very nice but désappointement about the motor 500 watts? I will see this winter in Florida

This is so pathetic and cheap, There is no rear rack in the box, while buying its saying rear rack in the accessible box, no caps, no leather grisps and crank set incomplete as well no tail light under (whats in the box), there is also scratch on the back fender seems it falls out somewhere,Further there is no kenda tire. The tire is also dirty seems its used.company is not kenda.no tag of kenda tire, seems cheap quality tire named Nylon.
Please guide me the process of refund, I want my money back with compensation(waste of my office time , sleep time, energy, money all of my and my wife, ruin everything I was excited to receive order after such negligence delay), send someone and take this ebike its not the one which I ordered, So disappointed with himiway poor service and misleading customer service and ebike, showed something else while buying the ebike but got something else poor quality. Wasted my time and energy and money we are working hard to earn dollars but this is so fraudulent.
I will not make any single payment now please refund me the full amount along with compensation

I love my Cruiser so far! put 50km into it so far and it's a wonderful ride. I have only charged it once and it's only lost 1 out of the 5 battery bars! Highly recommend this bike. Also had a few missing bits when it shipped, and the customer support was fast to reply and sort everything out!

I received my bike just Yesterday. I had it put together and was riding it within an hour of receiving it. I do think I will love it.
I was a little disappointed just the same. I was referred by a friend who purchased two bikes just a few weeks prior to placing my order. They received a back rack and a back light with their purchase(at no extra charge) however I did not. It doesn’t change the drivability of the bike but not having a back light sure changes the safety of the bike as there is no brake indication for my bike.
I think I will have many enjoyable hours riding my bike however the initial surprise of mine not having all of what I expected was a little disappointing.
Overall a great bike tho.

Best investment i made took it for a short cruse so far and some shopping added some stuff a rear view mirror, trunk bag, bike stem, etc.beats peddling up hills manually the bike assets works great.
